The ERP SAP Lead Architect will link the functional and regional strategies and processes to the IT strategies for ERP and show how the current and future business imperatives and outcomes will be met in an efficient, sustainable, agile, and adaptable manner


Business Impact: Direct leadership / influence ERP business capabilities and outcomes for Commercial, P&S and Finance and Procurement domains, ERP/SAP IT architecture accountability and integration with Commercial, R&D and Digital platforms.
Lead: 5x direct & functional reports, manage external third-party consultants architects project / program delivery teams
Geographic Scope: Global
Budget: influence on a yearly global ERP investment spend between $ 30-50 million $USD
Project Delivery: SAP/ERP architecture accountability in concert with regional & domain IT architects

Career experience you will have
• IT architecture or Lead delivery teams.
• IT solutions design, delivery, Technology/Solution Architecture and consultancy working with IT, functional business leaders and teams
• different business process areas like Commercial Operations, Production and Supply or Finance or related business domains
• Creating, leading, contributing to high impact change projects, including the creation and ownership of their functional/solution design
• lead, create sustain functional & IT blueprints/roadmaps
• simplify complex problems and situations and make big picture design/architecture connections
• Business & functional operations, digitalization ,and its impact on the customer and internal workforce across the big picture and down to the fine detail
• Prioritize functional/IT architecture design and solutions across complex IT / business environments
• Collect / Collate & translate business or IT needs into effective, agile and sustainable solution designs
You will innovate, detail orientation, analytical, pragmatism , P&L mindset and see IT as enabler to drive profitable business outcomes and customer satisfaction

• Articulate vision and mission goals inspires & motivates teams to action
• Hire / gather the right people together to solve problems from any place in the organization
• Build teams comprised of internal, external, and cross-functional team members and to seamlessly enable them to collaborate to produce a robust solutions in extremely complex environments


Skills Needed
• Degree: IT, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Sciences, MBA, or other relevant areas
• 12+ yrs experience - Techno-Functional knowledge of SAP or similar ERP software
• 8+ yrs ERP Solution Architecture experience.
• End to end architect thinking at enterprise level
Ideal Skills
• SAP Cloud Platform Neo/Foundry, BTP Services, API Design and Development, S/4 HANA, Fiori ,and Low-Code platforms.
