Job
• Drive the overall risk assessment and audit planning and, determining the right audit scope, key risks to be addressed and most suitable audit techniques and approaches in collaboration with the Audit Director
• keep the business safe by overseeing the execution of a portfolio of audit engagements end-to-end, including audits across Property and Casualty (P&C) and Life insurance business in Switzerland.
• contribute to create a collaborative and supportive team environment while overseeing the quality of outcomes.
• Influence senior leaders in the Business Unit Switzerland through strong relationships and insights and acting as a strategic partner for the Audit Director
• Identify themes and trends, systemic/emerging issues and sharing insights with senior management as well as well as supporting reporting into Group and relevant local Boards and Audit Committees

Requirements
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant Area
• 8/10+ years of experience in Audit.
• Relevant experience at a senior level role in financial services or insurance with a proven record of working with and influencing executive/ senior stakeholders.
Strong understanding:
• Property and Casualty (P&C) and/or Life insurance business, including Underwriting, Claims, Reinsurance, Reserving, regulatory requirements, with a record of identifying value add observations.
• Audit methodology to deliver excellent audit outcomes.
• Audit Reports - Provide quality insightful reports.
• Audit Report creation using data analytics to a good level.

• German - Business Level language skills
• English - Fluent written / spoken
