• Swiss occupational pensions Group - Oversee run / plan / Design strategy Sales Teams.
• Control new business & portfolio development in the agent and broker Focus.
• lead develop 4 x Team Groups Staff total: 100 x Reports.
• Define drive Sales-promoting of the groups.
• Manage customer service and develop.
• Responsible for the partnerships relationships with pension fund experts and customers.
• Organize / Oversee Live events

Requirements
• 10+ years of experience in the financial (insurance) industry
• Strong in-depth knowledge of Swiss pension provision
• Experience leading sales teams
• Develop customer service teams
• Language: Essential Business level German / English Fluent - French is an advantage
