The Middleware Head will lead team of 6+ software engineers and be responsible for all aspects of leading Swiss company Middleware application – you will be Head of integration services, we are looking for a motivated and committed Head of Integration Services based Full time at Basel HQ Fluent German & English language is Essential.
Responsibility
• Lead, coach and develop the team of 6+ software engineers.
• Responsible for the entire interfaces (middleware) of all Manor's core applications and ensure their operation.
• Coordinate and prioritize activities with external service providers and internal teams.
• Develop define the future middleware strategy in coordination with the overall architecture of company Middleware IT.
Candidates must have
• Computer science degree or comparable training
• Extensive technical IT professional
• Management experience / Team Leading etc..
• Strong Microsoft products such as BizTalk and Azure Integration Services
• Conception / implementation of middleware solutions
Required skills
• Degree in computer science or comparable training.
• Extensive technical IT professional experience and management experience.
• Good knowledge of IT operations,
• Agile methodology
• Software development cycles from Concept to Go Live / Post Implementation reviews.
• Able to adapt and learn with quick comprehension.
• Fluent German & English, knowledge essential - French is an advantage nice to have
• Swiss Work visa Holder / National is REQUIRED. No Sponsorship offered.
