Role Duties:
• Support a wide range of clients in their due diligence analysis in both transaction and
• debt raising processes
• Analyse and assess valuable information for our clients, and play a pivotal part in helping them to make the right decisions and realize the added value on their M&A transactions
• Team up with leading Swiss companies, global corporations, public organisations, and private equity clients from various fields – as a Deloitte professional, you’ll often get to be a part of the most challenging and interesting transactions on the market!
• Engage in business development activities on account and industry level, and in marketing initiatives and practice development activities such as recruiting, training and coaching

Requirements
• You’re a highly motivated analytical and conceptual thinker with team leading
• experience and great interpersonal skills
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in finance, banking, accounting and/or an MBA
• Solid work experience (min 6 years) in M&A or audit, with a Big 4 or another global advisory firm, as well as experience in financial due diligence projects, ideally also cash flow and income statements
• Industry-specific know-how in financial services
• Essential Fluency in both English and German; any additional languages is a plus
