Skills needed:
• M&A Tax corporate professional experience is essential
• Degree in economics or law or comparable training, Ideally focus on taxes
• Tax consultant exam or comparable qualification
• Tax advice on M&A group Solid experience - projects as well as in national and international group tax law
• present complex issues in a simplified way.
• Proven Tax M&A Professional.
• Excellent communication skills / networking
