Description
You will be IT Security department head - senior management level for successful Award winning ICT Service Provider. Proactive, Motivated, Customer Service / Consulting Type Head/Lead.
Responsible for:
• Group Discipline, technical & economic responsibility for this IT Security department.
• Staff management: planning & conducting personnel appraisals and personnel development.
• Control of the department according to economic aspects (budget, forecasts, development / implementation of measures, etc.)
• All Operational / strategic development of the specialist area with regard to the service/product portfolio, its marketability and profitability.
• Development of group strategic aspects - portfolio development and strategies, trends, etc.
• Maintenance and expand strategic network to the relevant departments in the group
• Coordination and further development of the Group IT security portfolio.
• Development and expansion of sales potential in the corresponding customer segment

Qualification:
• Degree in Education
• Proven professional experience as Consulting / Advisory IT Lead / Manager focused on Customer service
• 5+ years’ experience IT security / Cloud Associated areas.
• Service orientated / Consulting type profile.
• Team Staff personnel management.
• Project and service experience: IT, cloud and cyber security.
• Customer service oriented focus,
• entrepreneurial thinking and acting as decision-maker / management level
